Peter King's web site is a breakdown of team's each week and where they stand against their opponent.

For all you football fans, here is a website to cast your pick and see how well you do this upcoming weekend for all NFL games.

Well how can someone make a pick if they don't know about the team? Who do you choose? Who is better than the other? All these questions arise in dealing with picks, but Peter King is here to help with the web site he put up.

You can get online and look at team's or your favorite team's and decide. You can go to the NFL.com or you can just visit the team's web site for past scores, defenisive ratings, offensive ratings, stats and etc. to see where each team stands and where they are to their opponents every week. Research and knowing what is going on are basically the key terms in deciding your winners. Take a look very carefully and see where the team's are and make sure you pick the right one. Remember if you visit Peter King's site it's free, but in real life betting and gambling are cost money.

REMEMBER THIS IS ALSO A GAME OF GUESSING IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO WILL WIN OR WHO WILL LOSE, IT'S YOUR CHOICE TO MAKE THE PICK......

PALIN & OBAMA

I could not find the source who wrote the story, but it came from the CNN website.

"Palin says she'd be honored to help Obama" CNN

Highlights from the story: "Palin says she doesn't regret CBS interview with Katie Couric, Palin says she'd be happy to assist Obama and the new administration,Palin says she is "still concerned" about Obama's ties to William Ayers,86 percent of Republicans, 27 percent of Democrats view Palin favorably." CNN

This amazing to most people around our country concluding that this article was just recently posted on CNN's website at 7:58 p.m. on November 12, 2009. Also considering that we just had the next president selected with his vice president. Remember though Palin said that she would love to help if Obama had any questions or concerns on specific items that Palin knows about.

Is this good or is this bad? And to whom would this be good or bad for?

With these questions in consideration I would believe it's a positive and a negative on both sides. For both Obama and Palin this could either lead in the right direction or the wrong direction if they were to follow through on letting her help him out. This could go good considering Palin is good at what she does, but then it could hurt her considering the run with McCain. For Obama it could help that in any way that he gets stuck on some issues that Palin is really good with that she can help him. On the other hand isn't that why he has his vice president and everybody else underneath him that can help other than Sarah Palin.

HALLOWEEN

Halloween is a time for scaring, trick-or-treating, having fun, dressing up, partying and much more. It is a time to hangout with friends and loved ones, and a time to take kids trick-or-treating. We take them around peoples houses so they can trick-or-treat for their favorite candy's and treats.

Is Halloween supposed to be something else? Or is it a time for all the above that was just explained?

Well really it's for all the above, but for an 11 year old from the little town of Oil City located in Pennsylvania was not the case. This little girl was abducted off the streets and murdered. This is a tragedy for all, but it is time to over come this tragedy after 16 years of no trick-or-treating, but will always be remembered.

Elizabeth Roess who put this argument together and gathered signatures just so trick-or-treating could return made a huge turn around. She got what she wanted as well as many others, but said the only reason this happened to the 11 year old is because she wondered off by herself. Which means still keep an eye on your children and remember that this is in the past and this Halloween for them is a time for joy and having fun.

BLACKBERRY

From riding on horses to deliver a telegram, to sending a message through morse code. From back then things have changed and since then we have had a telephone in our home to reach a place or someone to get a hold of. Now it's the internet and sending text messages over cell phones. Where or what is our world coming to today?

Well Blackberry has taken over what as known the I-Phone. This has everything and anything you need to get in your everyday life when using a phone. Text messaging, internet, instead of dialing or pushing buttons, it's a touch pad, photos and pretty much everything else another cell phone has but more.

These I-Phones have an interesting lay out, but are very simple to use. Well let's just say it's another new technology device so it might take a second to learn everything about an I-Phone and what it can do.

Now someone, somebody, something or some place can be found just with the touch of a finger. Our world is moving on to bigger and better things in life. It just depends on how much money your willing to spend with something most people already have on different devices to having it all on one device.

What would you do?

Post Season

Baseball is in to Post Season play as the Cubs and Dodgers face each other in the NLDS, the Red Sox take on the Angels in the ALDS, Brewers take on the Phillies in the NLDS and the Devil Rays take on the White Sox in the ALDS.

These are the eight top teams in Major League Baseball.

Same Old Story In Anaheim
The Angels are coming in off a hot streak into October and still they can't hit. Everything has been put together for the Angels through their season, but when they reach the playoffs, their season seems to stop.
Are the Angels going to stop here? Is this where all the hard work and efforts of all team members gets shut down?
In my mind just because they lost one game doesn't mean they are out of the Division Series. I don't believe their season ends here, it's just a bounce back after game one to take game two from the defending Champs who look forward to defending another Championship in the World Series.

REPLAY In Baseball

Replay in baseball has been very appealing in baseball since the first use with New York Yankees Third-Baseman Alex Rodriguez in the game against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Rodriguez hit a shot down the left field line which was fair, but looked very different to the Devil Rays manager Joe Maddon and Rays catcher Dioner Navarro. A protest came up to home plate umpire Charlie Reliford. Which triggered the first instant replay in the MLB.

WHAT???????

Since when did baseball need instant replay? When did the umpires start making bad calls? Since when does a homerun, not become a homerun? Did the ball hit to low below the yellow line? Is the MLB organization going to have to hire a third umpire?

All these questions arise but to my knowledge the instant replay DOES NOT belong in MLB. Baseball already has four umpires: one behing the plate, one in the infield and two down the foul lines. NOW, if one of the umpires can't make a right call it looks like the MLB organization is going to have to hire one's that will. This instant replay takes the game of baseball away and makes it longer as well.

CALLED TIME, ARGUING, FIGHTING and now INSTANT REPLAY. An umpire may never make a right call or at least he won't make a descent call, but that is the game of baseball. There is no need for replay if it is not going to be used for the whole game of baseball and not just HOMERUN calls. Umpires will still get the, "DO YOU NEED EYE GLASSES TO SEE THAT CALL BLUE." Obviously if umpires can't see the ball and make a call then they either need glasses or they need to hire new ones. Because they ain't going to hire a fifth umpire and surely they don't need the instant replay. It will just make the game even slower.

Baseball is on a time limit of how fast the PITCHER wants to go. Not for the umpires to step in and take more time to look at the towering shot off that pitcher that just made a mistake and the hitter put the ball into the upper deck and the umpire couldn't make the right call. We all know in the umpires right mind he just couldn't see that it was fair and stick with the call that was made final. HOMERUN.

Visit this cite and see for yourself and make a comment of what you think should happen with INSTANT REPLAY IN Major League Baseball.

No TRASH talking, it always ends up HAUNTING YOU!!!!

Trash talking is talk or remarks that are dishonest, boastful, insulting, etc.

All people in the world do a little or a lot of trash talking. It really doesn't matter where we do it or who it's towards. What kind of trash talking do you do?

http://www.cardinalpointsonline.com/news/2006/10/06/Sports/Trash.Talking.In.Sports-2334855.shtml

Sports is an example of seeing trash talking all the time. Well the truth is were all friends before the game starts and when it ends. When the game is on you better believe there is going to be a lot of trash talking!!!!! Oh boy, well there just went the ball over the fence for a homerun, I just threw out my arm and now my football season is over, I just took last in the swim meet....... Ya, shoulda, woulda, coulda, but didn't because of that trash talking you did before to all your opponents and basically they just gave you an A-- whoopin.

Trash talking is everywhere and we all do it. It's at our job, school, sports, friends, family, opponents, brother/sister, etc. IT'S THE CARMA THAT COMES BACK AND BITES US IN THE REAR.

I mean come on, IF IT WASN'T FOR TRASH TALKING THEN WHERE WOULD WE BE????????????

What do doctors leave out????

"What doctors don't tell you." This is the name of the article along with the website address.

http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/painter/2008-09-07-your-health_N.htm?se=yahoorefer

I found this article very interesting. After reading about what most doctors don't tell us as patients. Do they really know what's wrong when we go in for a visit? Do they prescribe the right prescriptions? Do they know what they're talking about in certain cases?

Take a moment, bring up the article and then comment about what you think.
